Orders received will be processed within the next two working days. We work 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday except for Malaysian national and Selangor state holidays. We try our best to have stock on hand. However, should your order happen to be out of stock and we require additional time to ship your order, we will inform you by email.
Our shipping agent is Pos Malaysia Bhd and Aramex. For Malaysia, we ship by POSLAJU. The approximate transit times is 1-2 working days. For countries other than Malaysia, we ship by Aramex. We will provide tracking number and service provider (Pos Malaysia/ Aramex) for you to track the parcel.
If you want to know the estimate delivery time please email to email@example.com for enquiry. Transit time varies depending on the country where products are to be shipped. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic.
We do our best to ensure that our products are in good condition and well packed before shipping. In the unfortunate event that our product arrives badly damaged during transit, the product may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A product is considered badly damaged if parts of it is torn off during transit, or has blank or missing pages. The buyer has the option to request a replacement or refund.
Duty & Tax
All duty tax will be charge to the consignee (unless specifically requested by you). However, the sender will be ultimately responsible for the duty tax if the consignee refuse to pay or failed to collect from. In the event that duty tax revert to shipper, there might be an admin charges for forex and duty tax arrangement. For postal service, the duty tax will be charge to the consignee and if the consignee fail to pay, the shipment will be return to the sender.
