Kaki Lima is a light strategy board game about pedestrians going about their daily lives, running errands and meeting up with friends in George Town while thinking about using five-foot ways to do so.
Players use Langkah (Steps) cards to ‘walk’ their pedestrian to Lokasi (Location) cards they needed to go to via green (clear) kaki lima cards. Victory Points (VP) are gained as pedestrians complete the tasks on their Pi Mana? cards, explore the different locations listed on Jom! cards, meet other pedestrians, and clear blocked five-footways (red kaki lima cards). Gameplay also incorporates the ajak culture of inviting others along on walking adventures around George Town.
